PENCON has built a solid reputation as a quality builder of schools over the past 20 years, and through that experience, has worked with Weston/ Miles Architectural to develop a classroom/ educational building design that delivers high performance.
“High Performance” is typically a description that is given to a building that has low energy use, good use of lighting, and is sustainable. But our design is more; a lot more. It delivers a building that is more comfortable, more quiet, more durable and more cost effective due to its innovative design. It’s hard to imagine why all classrooms in the future wouldn’t be built this way. This is not experimentation, it is innovation.
