PENCON constructed two separate buildings and associated site work for the San Lorenzo Unified School District. The first was a single story Music Classroom with two practice rooms and instrument storage cabinets. The second was a Gymnasium building complete with a full-sized basketball court, bleachers, stage, sound system, and restrooms. A unique facet of the project was the seven 100’ long curved glue-lam beams used to construct the gymnasiums main roof. The roof is flagged by impressive, large glass window expanses. The two new buildings provide a modern update to the campus.
