PENCON built this exceptional commercial office space using the design/build methodology. This 30,000 square foot building is low-maintenance, high-efficiency, and aesthetically attractive. With the vineyards of Livermore as a backdrop, this building is now one of the most recognized in the valley.
PENCON performed all the tenant improvements including a complete kitchen, high-tech conference room, and fully-equipped office spaces. In addition, exterior finishes were selected for ease of maintenance and durability. Interior finishes are class “A.” PENCON’s CLEAN construction methods kept this project neat, orderly, and on time while providing an exceptional facility.
